Scope of this Position
Receive and promptly respond to customer inquiries, prepare and send requested materials to clients, complete and send RFPs and contracts to potential clients
Coordinate details pertaining to Rooming Lists and BEOs, and distribute Rooming Lists and BEOs
Lead site inspections, educate Event Planners on hotel procedures, develop realtionships within the community
Document and report all sales activities
In preparing for this position, candidate ideally will have worked in at least the following departments or positions: Sales
This position reports to: Director of Sales
Position will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and week-ends.
Overnight travel for this position: 5%
Job Requirements
Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Exhibit comptuer skill including word processing, spreadsheets, familiairity with brand specific property Management Systems.
Excellent analytical skills for measuring business potential and value to the hotel
Ability to interact effectively with customers and hotel personnel from all departments.
