The Ideal Candidate for this Position
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a hotel sales executive with knowledge on how to sell for a substantial meetings hotel and Executive Meeting Center. Someone who has been selling a hotel with at least 40,000 square feet of meeting space. Someone who understands the transient, corporate and government business market segments for a hotel.
Scope of this Position
Position will be responsible for supervising/managing/overseeing the following departments: Sales Department
In preparing for this position, candidate ideally will have worked in at least the following departments or positions: HOTEL SALES FOR GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS.
Requires a minimum of 2/3 year(s) of supervisory experience.
Requires a minimum of 5+ year(s) of experience.
Position is responsible for a budget approximating $30 million
This position reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing
Must have experience at properties of similar size and quality.
