Scope of this Position
This position will cover hotels in Missouri, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. We currently have 8 properties with 2 under construction.
Position will be responsible for directing the following departments: Sales & Marketing

Requires a minimum of 5 year(s) of experience.
In preparing for this position candidate ideally will have had responsibility for at least 5 properties/regions.
Properties supervised are all limited service hotels.
Overnight travel for this position: 80%
Job Requirements
Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
We are looking for a Regional Sales Person that will travel to a different property each week to promote sales,train line level staff, work with the hotel GM and DOS, they will also be responsible for revenue management. This position will report directly to the owner of the company.
Technical Requirements:

Responsible for development of sales plans that strengthen properties market share.
Strong background in property sales.
Strong sales orientation.
Prior multiple property sales responsibility.
Assist in developing corporate sales goals and policies.
Ability to help properties drive revenues and improve profits through innovative positioning.
Assist properties in identifying sales opportunities/industry trends and how to take advantage of them.
Frequently visit properties to provide sales support and analyze operations.
Experience opening new properties.
