The Ideal Candidate for this Position
at least 5 years of culinary experience
a two year culinary degree
previous supervisory experience
fluency in both spoken and written English
intermediate level computer literacy
good communication skills
creativity, flexibility and efficiency
Scope of this Position
oversee hourly employees
fully participate as a member of the management team
execute daily specials, soups, special requests
ensure guest’s satisfaction
conduct ongoing staff training
cover other Sous Chef’s days off in The Belvedere and Roof Garden restaurants

Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
