Scope of this Position
Assure all groups receive great service.
Run informative line-ups each day and coordinate functions taking place in different meeting rooms at the same time.
Train and develop people to replace you to speed your own promotional opportunities to hotels with larger meeting facilities, or to F&B Manager/Director.
Requires a minimum of 3 year(s) of supervisory experience.
Requires a minimum of 5 year(s) of experience.
This position reports to: AGM-F&B
Position will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and week-ends.
Job Requirements
Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
Experience supervising a few banquets at the same time.
Maintain a balance between floor supervision, administration, employee training and mentoring, and hosting/communicating with groups.
Coordinate meal and set up requests with appropriate Departments.
Excellent communications with FO, Catering, and Sales.
Be available during all major Banquet functions.
Run energetic, informative daily lineups.
Maintain daily log book.
