The ideal candidate will be a person who is an independent, sales driven candidate who meets and exceeds their sales goals.

Scope of this Position

In preparing for this position, candidate ideally will have worked in at least the following departments or positions: Sales Department
Requires a minimum of 1 year(s) of experience.
This position reports to: Director of Group Sales
Must have experience at properties of similar size and quality.

Job Requirements

Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.

Technical Requirements:

Experience selling to a variety of market segments.
Thorough knowledge of sales techniques.
Enjoy asking for business and closing sales.
Consistently book repeat business.
Maintain consistent verbal and written communication with clients.
Excellent phone sales skills.
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Desire recognition and compensation based on personal sales production.
Experience in Corporate and Group sales.

Managerial Requirements:

Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to clearly and concisely present technical subjects.
Maintain a good working relationship with guests, groups, and personnel from other departments.
Demonstrate ability to lead by example.

Business Skills:

Excellent time management skills.
Strong organizational skills.

Educational Requirements:

AA/AS Two year degree.

Compensation

Salary	$37,000 - $52,000
Bonus	to 20% of salary, payable quarterly
