 Training We Provide

The AGM position prepares the associate for a General Manager position. The aloft - Green Bay general manager and CPC Hospitality senior management work closely with the AGM.

 The Ideal Candidate for this Position

Ideal candidate must possess the following:

 About the Boss

The AGM will report directly to the General Manager

 Scope of this Position

  • Must have experience at properties of similar size and quality.
  • Position will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and week-ends.

 Job Requirements

  • Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
  • Coordinate various Departments on behalf of General Manager.
  • Experience supervising all Rooms Departments.
  • Experience in Front Office.
  • Experience in Housekeeping, Engineering, or related Departments.
  • Ability to assimilate operational statistics quickly and see how they can be used to enhance position of property.
  • Experience developing standards and operating procedures.
  • Thorough understanding of yield management principles.
  • Participate in MOD program.
  • Have dealt with special projects.
  • Forecast business and adjust department strategies to match revenue projections.
Leadership Requirements:
  • Ability to manage change effectively.
  • Ability to conceptualize the mission.
  • Provide leadership to position the property to achieve the mission.
  • Provide leadership to the departments to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Communicate the goals and objectives and inspire employees to achieve those goals.
  • Develop and implement business plan.
