Scope of this Position
Requires a minimum of 2-5 year(s) of experience.
This position reports to: DOS
Job Requirements
Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Consistently meet booking goals for this market leading hotel.
Enjoy, and have experience selling to groups that understand four star service.
Technical Requirements:
Experience selling to a variety of market segments.
Enjoy asking for business and closing sales.
Consistently make cold calls.
Consistently book repeat business.
Participate in local community to develop business.
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
Enjoy a team sales approach.
Managerial Requirements:
Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
Business Skills:
Strong customer service orientation and skills.
Excellent listening skills.
Exceptional detail in follow-up.
Educational Requirements:
High School degree or equivalent.
Specific degree in: AA, BA or BS a plus.
