 Scope of this Position

  • Requires a minimum of 2-5 year(s) of experience.
  • This position reports to: DOS

 Job Requirements

  • Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
  • Consistently meet booking goals for this market leading hotel.
  • Enjoy, and have experience selling to groups that understand four star service.
Technical Requirements:
  • Experience selling to a variety of market segments.
  • Enjoy asking for business and closing sales.
  • Consistently make cold calls.
  • Consistently book repeat business.
  • Participate in local community to develop business.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Enjoy a team sales approach.
Managerial Requirements:
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
Business Skills:
  • Strong customer service orientation and skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Exceptional detail in follow-up.
Educational Requirements:
  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Specific degree in: AA, BA or BS a plus.

 Compensation

Bonuspayable quarterly
