Responsibilities for this Position
The Stonebridge Inn is located in the heart of Snowmass Village, an ideal location for access to Snowmass Mountain and convenient transportation to all four mountains in the Aspen/Snowmass area.
We offer our guests first class service second to none with a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
The Artisan Restaurant is also located at the Stonebridge Inn and offers some of the best global cuisine in the valley.
Focused on guest services, the Stonebridge Inn associates take pride in our mission statement and offer our guests a unique and memorable experience - the perfect environment for work and play.
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Set up breakfast buffet; restock supplies and provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests.
Each server's primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up buffet
Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment
Bring food out
Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar
Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable).
Clear tables after guests leave. Take tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.
Between seatings promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required..
Respond appropriately to guest requests.
Communicate with each to assure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.
Let supervisor know if we are low on any supplies
Thank guests as they are leaving
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements
Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of two years restaurant experience required.
Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests
Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
