We are now seeking a skilled maintenance technician for the Vail Cascade Condominiums.
Key position is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of equipment and systems of the buildings and individual condominiums managed.
Also responsible for the landscaping of those buildings, the life safety and security of the occupants, along with maintaining the operation's vehicles and controlling the property's parking areas.
This position entails working exclusively with the high end condominiums and homes managed by Vail Cascade Condominiums.
Our Management is responsible for 130+ private condominiums and 12+ private homes, all including the amenities of the world-class Vail Cascade Resort & Spa.
The Vail Cascade Resort & Spa is a Rocky Mountain landmark and has been a symbol of comfort, adventure, elegance and impeccable service in Vail, Colorado for over 20 years.

Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Electrical experience and job knowledge required. Understand, read, schematics, and diagrams: electrical, plumbing, building prints, HVAC.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Individual will provide their own hand tools (including all tools that are necessary to perform at the level for which they are hired.)
Employee must be willing to work various shifts.
A valid driver license is required, along with an acceptable (insurable) driving record.
