The Miramonte is a full-service Tuscan style 215 room resort situated on 13 acres of lush, flowering gardens.
Amenities include a full service luxury spa (The Well), restaurant, bar, golf and 12,000 square feet of meeting space.

BASIC FUNCTION:
To assist guests' comfort in a courteous and professional manner while performing hair services.
Direct all efforts towards guest satisfaction, safety, sanitation, proper technical procedures and Spa profit maximization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide a professional and friendly attitude to all customers and employee
Responsible for the performance of all hair services on the menu performed under the criteria the trainers of the services have outlined.
Analyze, consult and recommend products by thoroughly filling out a Wellness Beyond one Visit card and consulting with guests.
Greet all guests in pleasant, timely and professional manner.
Engage in communication so to understand their individual needs.
Utilize empowerment to satisfy guests on the spot without a hassle.
Assist in finding the ultimate cause for guest problems and institute change.
Job Requirements
Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE
A state Cosmetologist License for hair services.
Ability to perform haircuts, blow dry / style and updos.
1 year prior salon, spa, or hospitality experience. Excellent customer service and sales skills.
State License is mandatory which entails hours as a Cosmetician or Cosmetologist.
Experience in a Spa environment and cumulative experience with different modalities performed in spa.
Combination of education equivalent to graduation from high school (High school diploma) or any other combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
