The Manager of Coastal Kitchen & Bar came to the Hilton Charlotte Center City in June 2007 from our sister Stanford property, the Hilton Prince Kuhio in Waikiki.

- Take orders and serve food and/or beverages in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, while being professional and exceeding guests' expectations.
|
Job Requirements |
|
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
- Prior bartending experience preferred.
Technical Requirements:
- Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
- Must be able to converse in basic English.
- Excellent people skills.
- Must meet grooming standards.
- We provide a substance free environment. Substance testing is mandatory.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Meet/exceed customer expectations.
- An energetic personality.
Educational Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent.

- Children’s Policy: Children under 16, when accompanied by a parent, are welcome after 6:00pm on Friday and all day on Saturday and Sunday. Those under 16 are limited to use of the indoor track, swimming pool, basketball court, and aerobics floor. Childwatch is available, at no charge, for children 6 months through 8 years old on Saturdays from 8:00am – 1:00pm
