About the Boss |
 |
The position will report directly to the Hotel Director of Sales. The individual has an excellent unserstanding of global distibution systems and yield management issues and will interact with Director of Sales and Front Office Manager directly and often.

Scope of this Position |
 |
- Position could possibly work out of home at times.
- Requires a minimum of 5 year(s) of experience.
- Position is responsible for a budget approximating 5,000,000
- This position reports to: Director of Sales
- Must have experience at properties of similar size and quality.
- Position will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and week-ends.

- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills to manage POS and PMS to maximize yield.
- Good understanding of FO and Reservations.
- Interact with Reservation Center to optimize revenues.
- Track booking statistics hourly, daily, etc.
- Work with Sales and Catering to balance transient & group.
- Understand impact of opportunities on all business segments.
- Balance short, mid-term, & long-term business goals.
Managerial Requirements:
