Responsibilities for this Position

• Maintains hotel, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, and other related maintenance activities, using handtools.
• Responds to requests for service according to company policy.
• Maintains a clean and safe pool area.
• Maintains superior quaility of appearance of the interior and exterior of the hotel.
• Trims edges around walks, flower beds and walls.
• Rakes and bags leaves.
• Cleans grounds and removes litter.
• Shovels snow from walkways and driveways.
• Various other maintenance activities.

Job Requirements

• Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.

• Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Excellent people skills.
• Must meet grooming standards.

Compensation

Wage	$8.06 per hour

Hours	30-35 Full Time
