The ideal person for this job will have several years of experience in the food service industry, specifically behind the "line". Someone who is creative and not afraid of trying new things, but also understands the importance of following the standards and guidelines of our world wide brand. This candidate requires patience and understanding with the flucuations of business, and also wants to have fun.

Responsibilities for this Position |
|
- Night line shift
- Product control
- Portion control
- Creating night line specials
- Ensure guest satisfaction based on feedback from service staff
- Organization and flow of kitchen during shift
|
Job Requirements |
|
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
- Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Requires strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Excellent people skills.
- Must meet grooming standards.
- Meet/exceed customer expectations.
- An energetic personality.
Educational Requirements:
- Technical school or formal technical skills training.
