- Position will be responsible for supervising/managing/overseeing the following departments: Sales & Catering Sales
- This position reports to: General Manager

Job Requirements |
 |
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
Technical Requirements:
- Maintain sales awareness throughout property.
- Consistently monitor results to goals.
- Teach, train, counsel, and lead Sales staff in consistently exceeding production goals.
- Direct selling effort of sales and reservations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competition.
Leadership Requirements:
- Ability to manage change effectively.
- Ability to conceptualize the mission.
- Provide leadership to position the property to achieve the mission.
- Provide leadership to the departments to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Communicate the goals and objectives and inspire employees to achieve those goals.
Managerial Requirements:
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to sell concepts and ideas to management, peers, and employees.
- Demonstrate ability to lead by example.
- A mentor who has inspired, trained, and developed people for promotion.
Business Skills:
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of computers.
- Exceptional detail in follow-up.
- Think creatively.
- Teach suggestive selling techniques.

| Salary | $65,000 - $75,000 | | Bonus | to 50% of salary |
