  • The newly renovated 27,000 square feet of dedicated conference and function space, features modern lighting, attractive wall coverings and carpeting, hard surfaced tables and Herman Miller chairs - the ultimate in comfortable ergonomic seating.
  • The award-winning Terrace Dining Room serves a full buffet for breakfast and lunch. Dinner guests may choose the dinner buffet or order delicious à la carte entrées prepared by our culinary team.
  • The congenial pub atmosphere in Vanderbilts Bar & Lounge makes it a relaxing spot for a favorite beverage and snack at the end of the day.

  • BASIC FUNCTION:
  • To provide all guests with an entertaining and enjoyable dining experience, through quality service in the most efficient manner, at all times.

  • Responsible for:

  • 1. Performs any necessary pre-shift sidework
  • 2. Checks with the Banquet Captain when coming on duty for specific instructions for the current function and section assignment.
  • 3. Anticipates guests' needs, ensuring guests are provided with food and/or beverages in a timely manner.
  • 4. Unloads trays in the designated service area, separating glassware, china, and silverware.
  • 5. Practices "clean as you go" techniques of service, including refolding napkins and cleaning between courses, and keeping the station clean, neat, and supplied at all times

 Job Requirements

  • Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of food service experience.
  • Good food and service knowledge.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Technical Requirements:
  • Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.

Wage$5.00 per hour
