Responsibilities for this Position |
|
- Set up room service trays and tables in anticipation of incoming orders
- Retrieve check from order taker, set table, pick up order from kitchen or bar. When picking up be sure that order is complete
- carry trays up to 30 lbs or push wheeled carts to deliver room service orders to guest in a friendly manner and ensure guest satisfaction.After set up present check and obtain payment. delivers payment/signed check to order taker for closing
- assist buspersons in removing trays and tables from guest floors and returning them to designated locations
- Prepare complmentary fruit baskets and deliver to guest rooms

Job Requirements |

- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
- Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
- Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Must be able to converse in basic English.
- Requires strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Able to lift at least 30 pounds.
- Excellent people skills.
- Must meet grooming standards.

- At least 21 years of age.
- Meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Computer experience strongly desired.
- Must meet or exceed the team expectations.

Educational Requirements:
