Growth to Assistant GM and on to GM - as long as you fine tune your food and beverage skills and have four year college degree. You can acquire a four year degree with tuition reimbursement for good grades while employed with this exceptional hotel company, as long as you have two year degree at present!!

You will be very personable, presentable, aggressive, competitive, and thrive on digging for new business and maintaining/growing excellent client relationships!!!..Must have at least two year college degree!!!

The new>>>>......HOTEL Sales Manager will report to a talented Assistant General Manager and General Manager who have also worked in four star hotels. The Manager is excellent at training sales staff and fine tuning their skills!

 Scope of this Position

  • ...Sales Manager has excellent opportunity to fine tune selling skills, increase corporate and social business in very positive, quality service oriented, and human resource focused hotel environment!!..Definite fast growth opportunity with major well respected and award winning hotel and hotel company!!!
  • In preparing for this position, candidate ideally will have worked in at least the following departments or positions: sales manager
  • Requires a minimum of 1 year(s) of experience.
  • This position reports to: General Manager

 Job Requirements

  • Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
  • Excellent opportunity for a fast study that has experience (2 plus years in catering sales!!)
  • College a plus, but not mandatory! You will possess excellent verbal and written skills, selling ability, desire to learn, and a good presentation!! You will be professional with a positive, can do attitude!
Technical Requirements:
  • Enjoy asking for business and closing sales.
  • Aggressively pursue new accounts on a weekly basis.
  • Consistently book repeat business.
  • Track record developing long term business relationships.
  • Maintain consistent verbal and written communication with clients.
  • Make onsite and field presentations to prospective clients.
  • Work effectively with Rooms, Recreation, Catering, Conference/Convention Services, and Banquet Departments.
  • Participate in local community to develop business.
  • Attend trade shows and participate in sales blitzes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Enjoy a team sales approach.
  • Desire recognition and compensation based on personal sales production.
  • Maintain and use trace system.

Salary$40,000 - $60,000
Bonuspayable monthly; as realized 10 K to 20 K uncapped!!!
