The Ideal Candidate for this Position |
|
A supervisor must possess full service restaurant knowledge. Be able to multi-tasks and stand on your feet for extended periods of time. Must have strong positive customer service skills with the ability to motivate the Team!

Responsibilities for this Position |
|
- Continuous training of current and new staff
- Keep an accurate account of all monies, credit, and financial transactions during and at close of shift
- Handle guests' requests and concerns in a positive and efficient manner
- Organizing and Maintaining cleanliness of restaurant and surrounding areas
|
Job Requirements |
|
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
- Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
- Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
- Requires supervisory experience.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Requires strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Excellent people skills.
- Must meet grooming standards.
- Meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Computer experience required.
- Must meet or exceed the team expectations.
- An energetic personality.
Educational Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent.
