• JOB OVERVIEW:
• Ambassador for the resort in the lobby and bar area creating an atmosphere that draws guests to find comfort and routine during their visit to the resort.
• Provides consistent, four-star experience for each guest according to service standards and drink standards.
• Take orders, prepare and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and light meals to guests, courteously and efficiently according to hotel specifications.
• Maintain stock/supplies and cleanliness Lobby Bar outlet and equipment.

Job Requirements

• Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
• Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Minimum one 1 year experience as a Bartender, preferably in luxury hotel/resort property.
• Must have San Diego Food Handler Certificate.
• Must be TIPS Certified.

• Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
