• BASIC FUNCTION:
• The Relief Supervisor of the Night Cleaners will supervisor a team to keep and maintain the kitchen as well as the equipment.
• ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Supervising the following:
• 1. Responsible for the washing of all kitchen equipment.
• 2. Keep and maintain a clean workstation at all times.
• 3. Maintain a high level of training for equipment cleaning.
• 4. Sweep and mop kitchen as needed.
• 5. Clean stoves.
• 6. Pick up mats from floor and shake them out and clean them.
• 7. Clean the flat top.
• 8. Clean the grill.
• 9. Clean the drains
• 10. Clean the filters.
• 11. Clean the vents above the grill.
• 12. Change the oil from the fryer and deposit the oil in the container by the loading dock.

Job Requirements

• Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
• QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Supervising and cleaning kitchens.
• Hard worker.

• Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
