Responsibilities for this Position

• Responsible for general building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Resolves guest's maintenance problems and handles all guest requests.
• Performs preventative maintenance tasks in all guestrooms.
• Must work well with other departments in hotel
• Must be self motivated and proactive

Job Requirements

• Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.

• Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
• Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
• Must be able to converse in basic English.
• Must be able to work independently.

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Technical school or formal technical skills training.

Compensation

Shift	Split
Hours	40 hours per week Full Time

Benefits

Paid Vacation	5 days after 1st year 10 days after 2nd year 15 days after 5th year
