Responsibilities for this Position |
|
- Provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all requests for guest room reservations, changes, cancellations and information.
- Essential Qualifications:
- High school graduation or equivalent vocations traiing certificate.
- Compute basic arithmetic.
- Provide legibile communication and directions.
- Ability to suggestively sell.
- Ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers.
- Anticipate guests' needs, respond propmtly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
- Maintain complete knowledge of:
- - all resort facilities/services and hours of operation.
- - all guest room layouts, bed types, decor, appointments and locations.
- - room availability for any given day.
- - restricted dates, rates, and room types.
- - all room rates, packages and promotions.
- - specific arrangements between resort and travel agencies, wholesale partners, central reservations center.

Job Requirements |

- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
- Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Requires strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Excellent people skills.
- Must meet grooming standards.
- Meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Computer experience required.
- An energetic personality.
