Responsibilities for this Position |
|
- Assists guests with luggage and escorts them to their room.
- Inspects guest's room to ensure that it is in order and supplies are adequate.
- Explains features of room such as operation of radio, telephone, television, in-room movies system, etc.
- Offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest and entertainment attractions.
- Delivers messages and runs errands.
- Transports guests to and from the airport and to other local areas in courtesy van.
- Maintains courtesy van consisting of washing, cleaning, and fueling.
- Maintains the front porte-cochere by picking up trash, cleaning oil leaks, shoveling snow, melting ice, hosing off sidewalks, etc.

Job Requirements |

- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
- Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
- Must be willing to pay interview and relocation expenses.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Must be able to converse in basic English.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Able to lift at least 100 pounds.
- Excellent people skills.
- Must meet grooming standards.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Must meet or exceed the team expectations.
- An energetic personality.
Educational Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent.
