Responsibilities for this Position |
|
- Patrols lobbies, corridors, and public rooms, confers with management, interview guests and employees and interrogates persons to detect infringements, investigates disturbances, complaints, thefts, vandalism, etc.
- Patrols public areas to detect fires, unsafe conditions and damaged or inoperative safety equipment.
- Warns or ejects trouble makers and cautions careless persons.
- Obtains assistance for accident victims and files accident reports.
- Notifies staff of presence of persons with questionable reputations.
- Assists management and enforcement officers in emergency situations.
- May enter and check rooms of guests suspected of leaving without paying bill to confirm suspicions and to seize any remaining personal property.

Job Requirements |
|
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
- Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Must be able to converse in basic English.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Able to lift at least 20 pounds.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Computer experience strongly desired.
Educational Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent.
