Responsibilities for this Position |
|
- Working under the direction of the Manager of Facilites, the Maintenance Handyperson supports the housekeeping department by assisting in deep cleaning and providing maintenance assistance by completing minor repairs and assisting with refurbishment projects.
|
Job Requirements |
|
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
- Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
- Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
- Must be willing to pay interview and relocation expenses.
- Must be able to converse in basic English.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Able to lift at least 25 pounds.
- Must meet grooming standards.
- We provide a substance free environment. Substance testing is mandatory.
- Meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Computer experience strongly desired.
- Must meet or exceed the team expectations.
- An energetic personality.
