• Coordinates the sales site inspections by preparing site rooms, site rout, checking VIP rooms, compiling specialty proposals, enhanced powerpoint presentations, and more.
• Is responsible for soliciting projects for the sales team.
• Greets, assists and provides prompt and courteous service to guests/clients and team members.
• Provides the director and managers of sales and marketing with administrative and clerical support including word- processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation, making travel arrangements and performing other general office duties.
• Assists on special projects as needed.

Job Requirements

• Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.

• Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
