  • JOB DESCRIPTION
  • The Support Analyst provides service and support for all technologies at HEI’s Corporate Office.

  • The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:

  • Respond to requests for service from all Corporate Associates
  • Specify, order, and install computers, cell phones, printers, and other technology
  • Monitor the performance of systems and ensure they are running properly
  • Create user accounts and email
  • Setup handheld communication devices
  • Report on recurring incidents and provide recommendations for remediation
  • Track and submit vendor invoices for payment
  • Maintain complete and accurate software/hardware inventory, ensure software licensing compliance.

 Job Requirements

  • Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
  • EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ years work experience with end-to-end responsibility for an enterprise server environment
  • Technical certifications a plus: MCSE, CCNA, A+
  • Experience working in a Help Desk environment strongly preferred
  • SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills, effective strategic planning, and ability to multi-task.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Servers/Clients, Active Directory, MS Office
  • Working knowledge of networking and security
  • Expert at Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Ability to independently prioritize issues based on severity
  • REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, preparation of business plans, repairs, maintenance, budget forecasting, quality assurance programs, hospitality law, and long-range planning.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff and to ensure accomplishment of goals.
  • Able to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate.
  • Written communication skills to be concise, well organized, complete, and clear.
  • Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.
