 The Ideal Candidate for this Position

This position, reporting to the Sr. VP of Finance, will be responsible for the following:

  • Fixed Asset Accounting
  • Partnership Accounting and Ownership Reporting
  • Account Reconciliation
  • Field Support for hotel accounting staffs.
  • Assisting with State and Local tax reporting.



The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3-5 years de-centralized hotel accounting experience.
  • 1-2 years hotel accounting management experience.
  • B.A. / B.S.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.



This position will require at minimum 30% overnight travel.



Salary commensurate with experience. Full benefits, vacation and bonus eligible.

  • Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
  • Understand support role Accounting needs to provide to operating departments to optimize profits.
  • Handle specialized accounting functions as assigned.
Managerial Requirements:
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to sell concepts and ideas to management, peers, and employees.
  • Experience making presentations in front of groups.
  • Ability to clearly and concisely present technical subjects.

Salary$40,000 - $45,000
Bonuspayable annually; discretionary
