The Ideal Candidate for this Position |
 |
This position, reporting to the Sr. VP of Finance, will be responsible for the following: - Fixed Asset Accounting
- Partnership Accounting and Ownership Reporting
- Account Reconciliation
- Field Support for hotel accounting staffs.
- Assisting with State and Local tax reporting.
The ideal candidate will have:- 3-5 years de-centralized hotel accounting experience.
- 1-2 years hotel accounting management experience.
- B.A. / B.S.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
This position will require at minimum 30% overnight travel.
Salary commensurate with experience. Full benefits, vacation and bonus eligible.

- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
- Understand support role Accounting needs to provide to operating departments to optimize profits.
- Handle specialized accounting functions as assigned.
Managerial Requirements:
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to sell concepts and ideas to management, peers, and employees.
- Experience making presentations in front of groups.
- Ability to clearly and concisely present technical subjects.
- Track record promoting an atmosphere of teamwork.
