- Must have experience at properties of similar size and quality.

Job Requirements |
|
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
- Knowledge of Opera Systems
Technical Requirements:
- Solid training in all areas of Accounting from A/P, A/R, General Ledger, Credit, Collections, Audit, Inventory control, Payroll, Budgeting, Costing, P&L preparation and analysis, etc.
- Spend significant time each week assisting Departments on operational issues.
- Work closely with Front Office, Reservations, Sales, and Catering Department to assist them in identifying optimum ways to drive revenues while balancing market segments.
- Actively involved in yield management and revenue enhancement.
- Experience developing and filing tax returns.
- Prepare books for submittal to Corporate Office.
- Prepare budgets and projections.
- Develop and maintain chart of accounts and master lists.
- Oversee consolidation of budgets and projections.
- Assist Departments in budget preparation.
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent.
- BA/BS Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
- Assist in preparation of Business Plan.
Leadership Requirements:
- Ability to manage change effectively.
- Provide leadership to position the property to achieve the mission.
- Provide leadership to the departments to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement business plan.
Managerial Requirements:
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to sell concepts and ideas to management, peers, and employees.
- Experience making presentations in front of groups.
- Ability to clearly and concisely present technical subjects.
- Track record promoting an atmosphere of teamwork.
- Participative management style.
- Use a "hands-on" approach to management.
