Scope of this Position

• Plan and manage the Restaurants, Room Service and other food and beverage outlets, as appropriate, in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures, and federal, state and local regulations, while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
• Requires a minimum of 3-4 year(s) of experience.
• Must have experience at properties of similar size and quality.
• Position will be required to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and week-ends.

Job Requirements

• Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.

• Strong track record maintaining consistent standards.
• Excellent track record continually training outlet staffs.
• Closely monitor guests dining experiences.
• Develop and implement creative strategies to increase revenues and average checks.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor.
• Closely coordinate opening and closing procedures.
• Plan, coordinate & implement special events and holiday functions.

• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a good working relationship with guests, groups, and personnel from other departments.
• Track record promoting an atmosphere of teamwork.
• Demonstrate ability to lead by example.
• Participative management style.
• Use a "hands-on" approach to management.
