- JOB OVERVIEW:
- Responsible for monitoring spa facilities, ensuring positive and friendly guest relations.
- Observes all activity within assigned areas, offering assistance and instruction to guests/visitors.
- 1. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
- 2. Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
- 3. Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
- 4. Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
- 5. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.

Job Requirements |
 |
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
- Minimum two (2) years prior experience in Hospitality Industry in similar position.
- Previous guest relations training preferred.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment required.
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling required.
Technical Requirements:
- Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
