Responsibilities for this Position |
|
- Prepare daily log
- Read Group file
- Read Daily VIPs list
- Communicate daily events to attendants
- Communicate with AM attendant if any outstanding issues
- Closely monitor the schedule , report any discrepancies to management
- Input the information's from medical forms into system
- Book apoitments ,stock forms and menus
- Double check lunch times and adjust it as needed

Job Requirements |
|
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
- Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Must meet grooming standards.
- Meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Computer experience strongly desired.
- An energetic personality.
Educational Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent.
