Responsibilities for this Position |
 |
- Exceptional customer relations skills.
- Ability to repair most building related problems.
- Ability to independently problem-solve.
- Must be able to perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms.
- Ability to repair toilets, faucets and showers.
- Lamp maintenance.
- Floor care and grouting.
- Minor furniture repair.
- Able to lift minimum of 75 pounds.
- Must be able to work all shifts!

Job Requirements |
 |
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
- Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Requires strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Able to lift at least 75 pounds.
- Excellent people skills.
- An energetic personality.
