- ABOUT THE POSITION
- LDD Easton Ridge Management, Inc. (the “Company”) is the development, sales and marketing manager for Suncadia resort (“Suncadia”) owned by Suncadia, LLC.
- The primary responsibilities of this position include working diligently to sell any and all Suncadia real estate properties listed with the Company, to solicit additional listings and clients and otherwise to promote the real estate brokerage business of the Company.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and objectives;
- Interact with visitors, owners, prospects and the public in general in a professional, courteous and sincere manner;
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the Company’s products, plans and the operation of the Suncadia Community and community associations;
- Actively engage in training and education programs offered by the Company;
- Actively contribute to the positive advancement of the Company’s and Suncadia’s plans and programs;
- Responsible for seeking out and participating in continuing education and self improvement programs;
- Maintain a positive, collegial, team-oriented attitude with other Suncadia Sales Associates, staff and management;
- Attend weekly sales meetings, fully prepared to share ideas, opinions and suggestions for promotion and sale of all listed properties;
- Research and have excellent working knowledge of the real estate market in the Suncadia resort area;
- Participate in market research;
- Manage and resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service;
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of reports such as sales volume, sales production, trends and other reports as requested;
- Using the Company’s vehicles, facilities and equipment in a safe and professional manner;
- Complete continuing education and self improvement programs to maintain Washington real estate salesperson’s or real estate broker’s license;
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements |
 |
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Washington real estate salesperson or broker license is required;
- Valid Washington drivers license;
- Must have prior experience in sales and/or marketing of high-end real estate.
- Candidate should have an established network of potential clients for upscale market;
- Proven ability to positively persuade and influence others;
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations;
- Ability to identify and/or follow up on sales leads and referrals;
- Ability to analyze and solve problems;
- Ability to accurately prepare routine paperwork;
- Ability to professionally prepare and execute real estate contracts and related addenda;
- Appropriate and exemplary experience in similar community marketing and sales programs;
- Must acknowledge that the position is one of trust and confidence with fiduciary obligations
- to the company that include, without limitation, (a) a duty of undivided loyalty; (b) an obligation to act in good faith in exercising your job duties; and (c) the obligation not to enjoy personal gain at the expense of the Company and Suncadia.

Golf writer Daniel MacMillan has estimated that there are 280 golf courses in the state of Washington, but, somehow, there are no golf resorts convenient to Seattle. Suncadia will change that.
Ultimately, Suncadia will host two 18 hole resort courses as well as a private course. The first, designed by Arnold Palmer's design company, meanders around forests and bluffs, spotting a putting green here and a practice green there. After your round, you may adjourn to the spacious, alpine craftsman clubhouse. From that comfortable vantage, you can look out over the greens and contemplate exactly what happened on the signature tenth hole.The Inn at SuncadiaJust 80 scenic miles from Seattle, on the wonderful sunny side of the Cascades, lies the premier four-season resort community - Suncadia*.
