The Ideal Candidate for this Position |
 |
The ideal candidate for this job would be very customer service oriented and works well with other managemet. They would have the ability to lead their employees through example and have high organizational skills. We prefer experience in the Hotel/ Property management industry and knowledge of the reservation nexus computer program is a plus.

Scope of this Position |

- Position will be responsible for supervising/managing/overseeing the following departments: 1
- Approximate full time staff under this position: 5
- Approximate part time staff under this position: 5
- This position reports to: general manager

Job Requirements |
 |
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
- Familiar with Front Office/Reservations training techniques.
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Catering and Sales to assure groups and special functions are handled smoothly.
Managerial Requirements:
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain a good working relationship with guests, groups, and personnel from other departments.
- Demonstrate team building experience.
