- BASIC FUNCTION:
- The Massage Therapist will perform massage and body treatments, and provide personal attention to each guest.
- Therapists will also sell retail products.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- 1. Perform various types of massage treatments and body treatments.
- 2. Proficiency in all components of massage, body treatments, i.e., anatomy and physiology.
- 3. Prepare and maintain treatment area supplies daily.
- 4. Ensure the privacy of each guest.
- 5. Attend departmental staff meetings as requested.
- 6. Conduct tours of the facility as needed, to ensure a pleasant visit of each guest.
- 7. Maintain consistent spa inventory and order supplies as needed.
- 8. Promote and sell massage and body products.
- 9. Attend product knowledge training as required.
- 10. On-time attendance and ability to work uninterrupted is required.

Job Requirements |
|
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
- QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Current license(s) and certificate(s) for massage therapy as required by the city of San Diego ľ Ability to work flexible schedules.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Current CPR Certification preferred.
Technical Requirements:
- Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
