Responsibilities for this Position |

- Responsibilities Vary depending on position
- General requirements:
- Provide outstanding guest service and aim to exceed each guests expectations
- Follow guidelines for quality, value, service and cleanliness.
- arrive on time and be ready to work when your shift begins.
- Wear a clean uniform and maintain a clean, well-groomed, neat appearance.
- Ask for help when you need it.
- Act as a role model for employees at all time.
- Help control waste, labor and food costs.
- Be knowledgeable about Campbell's services and history and Lake Chelan recreational opportunities to answer guests' questions.
- Help enforce internal security.
- Suggest improvements to managers.

Job Requirements |
|
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
- Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
- Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
- Excellent people skills.
- Meet/exceed customer expectations.
- An energetic personality.

Compensation |
|
| Wage | $8.15 - $12.00 per hour |
