We provide training for all our Cook and Chef positions. Our Executive Chef and Head Chef apprenticed at Seattle's Canlis Restaurant, learning trade secrets and new culinary techniques.

About the Boss |
 |
This position will report to Campbell's Executive Chef.
 |
Responsibilities for this Position |
 |
- Responsibilities include:
- Properly cook and prepare products.
- Follow written production area guidelines for quality, value, service and cleanliness.
- Look at each plate as the guest will perceive it, and do it over if necessary.
- Properly handle deliveries, off-loading, storage and movement of raw product to work area. This can require lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Check stock before and after rushes to ensure an adequate supply.
- Sweep and mop floors as often as time permits.
- Perform special cleaning projects as assigned.
- arrive on time and be ready to work when your shift begins.
- Wear a clean uniform and maintain a clean, well-groomed, neat appearance.
- Ask for help when you need it.
- Act as a role model for employees at all time.
- Help control waste, labor and food costs.
- Identify problems and recommend solutions to the chef or sous chef.
- Be knowledgeable about Campbell's services and history and Lake Chelan recreational opportunities to answer guests' questions.
- Help enforce internal security.
- Suggest improvements to managers.

Job Requirements |
 |
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
- Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
- Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Meet/exceed customer expectations.
- An energetic personality.
