Junior Sales Manager
The Hilton Boston Dedham is looking for an enthusiastic individual looking to work within the Sales Office as well as assist our Revenue Manager. This position will have Group Coordinator responsibility as well as other sales administration duties. The individual will be trained in sales techniques and will eventually hold a sales group goal. This is a perfect first step into Sales Management. |

Responsibilities for this Position |
|
- Assist sales managers and revenue manager in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to guest and hotel communications and sales. Additionally, handle all telephone inquiries and reservations accurately and efficiently by answering the telephones courteously, promptly and professionally while promoting hotel services and ensuring maximum room revenues.

- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Technical Requirements:
- Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Requires strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Excellent people skills.

- Computer experience required.
- Must meet or exceed the team expectations.
- An energetic personality.
Educational Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent.
