F & B Server

Great opportunity for an individual interested in working in the service side of the Restaurant and Banquet business. As an F&B Server you will greet, take food and beverage orders and deliver quality guest service to our retaurant and Banquet guests.

Responsibilities for this Position

• GENERAL SUMMARY:
• The F&B Servers can be scheduled for either banquet function or restaurant service and may be required to work both venues through the course of a shift. The Server position participates under the direction of a supervisor with the set up of banquet rooms, beverage service, food service. The position may be called upon to also assist bartenders. Servers are "cash handling employees" and need to be able to operate POS system and prepare closing paperwork and create cash out drops.
• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be able speak and read English. Must be able to lift 25lbs. Must be able to work on ones feet in a fast paced environment for shifts up to 8 hours. Must be able and willing to subscribe to uniform and behavior standards as outline in the employee handbook

Job Requirements

• Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.

• Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
• Local applicants will be considered first.
• Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
• Able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Excellent people skills.
• Must meet grooming standards.

Compensation

Wage	Up to $10.00 + tips
Hours	Full Time, Part Time, Flextime is available
